Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products along an established route.

Qualifications

Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
Active driver’s license is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
