Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services—an indoor/outdoor, fast-paced role with no nights or weekends.

You will build rapport with decision makers, uphold quality standards, and grow the customer base through upselling.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
