Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive an established route, service and sell within an existing base, and operate in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment delivering and picking up uniforms and related products.

This role emphasizes building rapport with customers, meeting quality standards, and upselling additional services.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
