Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck on an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor role delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products. Comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement are included, with strong earning potential and a 4-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
