Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and related supplies.

This role emphasizes customer service, upselling, and safety on an indoor/outdoor route. Initial training pays $24.00/hour with solid base salary plus commission after routing is assigned.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
