Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products. You will join a team that emphasizes a four-day workweek, a solid base salary with commission, and monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license
• DOT medical certification
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
