Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The role offers a 10-week training program with starting hourly rate, solid base salary with

Qualifications

• Requires DOT-regulated vehicle operation credentials.
• Active driver's license and age 21+ required.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve concerns.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory safely.
