Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division on a 4-day workweek. You will drive a route, service and upsell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products on a fast-paced schedule.

You will be the face of the company to customers, build rapport with decision makers, maintain safety and quality standards, and participate in a training program and performance-based incentives as you grow

Qualifications

• DOT driving requirements: active driver's license, 21+, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Self-motivation and teamwork to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
