Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms and other items along an established route, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Weekend or night duties are limited and there is a 10-week training program plus competitive base pay with commission potential after assignment. A 4-day workweek and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and valid DOT medical certification required.
• High school diploma or GED and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying compliant and safe.
• Comply with driving regulations and vehicle policies.
