Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services. This role offers a comprehensive 10-week training program, solid base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek for most

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license is required.
• At least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• Must meet physical requirements.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
