Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route personnel service and sell within an existing customer base by driving a route truck to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

The role includes a 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission after route assignment, a four-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork to meet goals.
• Positive attitude with organization and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
