Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base while delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

The role emphasizes safety, quality standards, and teamwork, with opportunities for training, advancement, and performance bonuses. Most shifts are 4-day weeks with minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required before first day of employment.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
