Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division in Franklin, WI. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical products and other facility services, with a 4-day workweek and no nights or weekends most of the time.

Qualifications

• Meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs (before start)
• Active driver's license is required
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
