Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services on a fast-paced, on-site schedule.

We offer a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commissions, and a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends for most routes. Bonus opportunities and incentives accompany strong performance.

Qualifications

• DOT regulations require routine driving of a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to provide employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
