Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services as part of an established route.

Qualifications

• DOT requirements must be met for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old; DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
