Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route vehicle, service and upsell within an existing base, delivering uniforms, towels, cleaning products and more.

You’ll be the face of the company to customers, build rapport with decision makers, and uphold quality standards while following DOT regulations; a 4-day workweek with strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license is required.
• Must meet DOT medical certification requirements.
• 21 years of age or older and able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and represent Cintas to customers.
• Ensure service quality and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while complying with regulations.
