Qualifications

• Active driver's license required and DOT compliance.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; military service acceptable.
• Strong customer service orientation with teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety rules.
