Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends and includes a comprehensive training program, base pay with commission potential, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
• 21+ years of age and able to meet DOT driving requirements.
• High School diploma or GED (or Military Service) required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional safety standards.
• Comply with driving regulations and maintain a safe, compliant vehicle.
• Deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, and other facility services per route.
