Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products on a physical, fast-paced route.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory responsibly and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
