Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms and facility products.

The role offers a solid base salary with commissions and bonuses and largely avoids nights and weekends. Responsibilities include building relationships with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, and expanding the customer base through upselling.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers as the face of Cintas.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base with upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving and working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
