Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services. The role offers a solid base salary with commission, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and hold an active driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong safety and teamwork mindset.

Aufgaben

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
