Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives delivering to multiple customers daily. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location.

You will recruit, train, and coach your team, manage contract renewals, and build strong customer relationships with the location management team. A valid driver’s license and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to problem solve and handle various customer service situations.
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
• Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team’s achievement in customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with location management to provide best customer service and product programs
