Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role involving delivery and pickup of uniforms, towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The position offers solid base salary with commissions after being assigned a route, a 4-Day workweek, and mostly day shifts with

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Ability to meet physical requirements

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
