Interstate Batteries is seeking a Route Service Manager to deliver batteries and provide exceptional service to a predetermined route of dealers and customers within your territory. You will work with dealers to optimize battery on-shelf mix, ensure battery quality programs are followed, and build strong relationships to improve dealer retention.

Safety, inventory accuracy, loading/unloading are daily tasks.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and compute basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum one year of delivery and customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory management tools (tablets, scanners).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime and overnight routes if required.
• Must lift and carry up to 75 lbs and maintain a valid DOT medical card.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver batteries and service each dealer on your route in a safe, timely manner.
• Establish, build, and maintain dealer relationships to improve retention.
• Load and unload trucks; maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Complete delivery/route paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Ensure displays are clean, full, and rotated per consignment agreements.
