Vestis is hiring a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong customer relationships and exceed sales goals while delivering uniforms and workplace supplies across North America. You will manage daily routes, perform safe loading/unloading, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, solid customer service experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with varied client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to deliver products to clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep operator records current.
• Manage daily route to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load/unload product per policy and guidelines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth for profitability.
• Develop leads, call prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers clearly.
• Monitor feedback and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain personal safety and adhere to all safety practices.
• Perform other duties within scope as needed.
