Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep driver documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, and assist in new business procurement.
• Explain services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
