Job summary

Vestis® is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build solid customer relationships, safely operate a step van, and help meet sales growth goals across North America. You will verify vehicle maintenance, manage daily routes, load/unload products, review invoices, and communicate pricing and policies to customers.

At a minimum, you must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with a clean record; strong math, basic computer skills, and excellent communication are essential for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to service clients.
• Verify daily preventive maintenance of vehicle and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per company procedures.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads and call on prospective customers to solicit business and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain personal safety and adhere to safety policies; perform other duties as required.
