Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to strengthen our customer relationships and drive route growth across North America. You will balance exceptional service with achieving sales goals while representing Vestis with professionalism.

The role requires a valid driver's license, clean record, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs. You will load/unload, deliver, review invoices, and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to safety practices and company policies.
