Job summary

Vestis® is a leading provider of uniforms, workplace supplies, and cleaning services in North America. The Route Sales Support Driver builds strong customer relationships, drives sales growth, and delivers products along a designated route with a focus on safety and service excellence.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, customer service experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly to solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to provide products/services to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documents.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per company policies.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth for profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
