Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build solid, positive relationships with customers while balancing exceptional service with sales growth on a daily route. The role requires safe operation of a step van, accurate invoicing, and meeting sales targets as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, maintaining vehicle records, pursuing new accounts, and communicating pricing clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of regular contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to service clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per policies.
• Review invoices for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and perform other duties as assigned.
