Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Specialist II to train new Route Sales Representatives and Trainees while handling order, sales, delivery, and merchandising duties for a portfolio of nationally- and locally branded bakery products.

You will build relationships with store managers and drive sales on assigned routes, including non-traditional hours and occasional travel. The role requires the ability to train others, manage route execution, and maximize shelf opportunities through

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience in retail sales, DSD sales, and/or business-to-business sales.
• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Leverage internal sales data and marketing plans to drive growth with customers through planning, ordering, and execution.
• Operate company routes and cover routes for time off as needed.
• Provide in-field training to new RSRs and RSTs on tasks in the Operations Manual.
