Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Representative responsible for ordering, selling, delivering, and merchandising a slate of fresh baked products to retail accounts, restaurants, and institutions.

You will develop relationships with store managers and execute market programs to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires working non-traditional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed, with a strong eagerness to learn the industry and build knowledge for success within

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience in retail sales, DSD sales, and/or business-to-business sales.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to obtain DOT medical certification to drive a CMV and comply with fleet insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sales and delivery driver to drive retail and territorial sales.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and personnel to grow sales.
• Plan and execute orders and promotions per market plans to drive growth.
• Ensure on-time delivery, route efficiency, and accurate route settlement and inventory checks.
