Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Development Associate to drive volume and profit growth by covering routes, merchandising, and account service. You will support route coverage, plan efficient routing, and ensure products are available and visible in stores.

The role pays $20.50 per hour with OT potential and includes a $500 sign-on bonus, $200/month car allowance, and a $300/month gas card. You will build relationships with accounts, manage inventory, and deliver strong customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equal training/experience.
No prior experience required.
Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

Calls on accounts and covers daily routes without current coverage.
Strategizes on how to achieve sales/objectives and review pricing/product programming monthly.
Maintains product levels by inventory/restocking in accounts where permitted.
Ensures maximum brand visibility using current POS materials.
Delivers products to customers, handles issues/complaints and escalates as needed.
May assist with payments; extended route coverage when necessary.
