Job summary

Admiral Beverage Company in Logan, Utah is seeking a Route Sales professional to grow our local beverage business. You will call on retail stores, negotiate contracts, and coordinate deliveries with customers to maximize shelf presence.

In this role you lead sales meetings, manage displays, and ensure accurate cash handling and asset control while representing a family-driven team that values reliability and community commitments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales/marketing concepts used in the beverage distribution industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and teams.
• Ability to lead and coordinate sales efforts across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Travel assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers and solicit orders.
• Lead contract negotiations, close sales, and develop marketing plans for accounts.
• Safely operate and maintain the route vehicle and keep equipment clean.
• Coordinate and lead sales meetings and set agendas.
• Ensure FIFO rotation of Admiral Beverage brands per supplier requirements.
• Establish rapport with customers and manage cash/credit proceeds and assets.
• Solicit new business using product samples and marketing resources.
• Arrange products according to plan approved by management and schedule deliveries.
