Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to merchandise, stock, and optimize product placement across store shelves and displays. You will drive sales by securing display space, building relationships with store managers, and pursuing new accounts while ensuring promotions are executed faithfully.

The role includes daily route settlements, inventory control, and safe operation of the route truck with DOT daily logs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required with safe driving record.
• Experience in direct sales or route sales is preferred.
• English language proficiency sufficient for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and rotate products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and incremental displays.
• Pursue new accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and maximize shelf space within accounts.
• Complete daily route settlements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate the route truck and maintain DOT daily logs.
