The role includes daily route driving, inventory checks, and executing promotions. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in direct sales distribution, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card. First shift with full benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Chauffer license may be required for IN/MI/TN locations
• 1–3 years of DSD experience preferred
• English literacy as required by DOT regulations

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products on shelves and displays
• Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build customer relationships while executing promotions
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space
• Conduct daily route settlements for products, invoices, and cash with proper inventory
• Safely drive route truck and complete DOT daily logs
• Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time
