Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Route Sales Professional in the United States. You will merchandise, stock, and rotate products, drive sales by creating display space, manage new accounts, and ensure promotions are executed efficiently.

Applicants should have 1–3 years of DSD experience, be 21+, possess a valid license and DOT readiness, and communicate effectively in English. Competitive benefits and sign-on/retention bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to obtain Chauffer License (If job location is in IN, MI, TN).
• 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand reports.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using sales data to inform store-level strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and with new customers.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash with accurate inventory counts.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
