Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring for a Route Sales Professional in the United States. The role involves merchandising, stocking, and ensuring product freshness, while driving sales through new display space and account development.

You will build strong customer relationships and introduce new products to maximize shelf space. The job offers full benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement), with a start time of 3–4 am on a 1st shift, plus bonus eligibility and a focus on safe driving and DOT

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• Ability to operate route truck safely and follow DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products; ensure proper rotation for freshness.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and incremental displays.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space in existing and new accounts.
• Complete daily route settlement procedures and maintain inventory counts.
