Bimbo Bakeries USA in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Route Sales Specialist to deliver fresh products to store customers on established routes and help expand account development. You will support sales initiatives, merchandise displays, and participate in training new Route Sales Professionals.

Expect early morning shifts, collaboration with Sales Leadership, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, and bonuses; valid licensing is required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain and retain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffeur license may be required depending on location (IN, MI, TN).
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods; frequent reaching and finger use.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver fresh product to existing customers on open routes.
• Set up new accounts and merchandise displays.
• Support Sales Leadership in day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
• Train new Route Sales Professionals.
• Assist with rack resets and promotional activities.
