Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Franklin, TN is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order, and present products, while collaborating with customers to generate accurate orders and ensure promotions are executed across their account base.

You will merchandise displays, rotate stock, and maintain back-room organization, while supporting store personnel with pricing and POS materials. The role requires lifting 50 lbs and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills required.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS, and plans to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and handling returns of pallets and damaged/outdated stock.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelf; rotates product and checks vendor operations.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, special programs, and opportunities discussions.
• Identifies competitive issues and market activities that could impact the business and executes duties safely.
