Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is hiring a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage selling, ordering and presenting products across assigned stores in TN. You’ll drive promotions, execute plans, and ensure correct merchandising and pricing across routes and accounts.

This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, physical capability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building relationships with store personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills, including listening and writing.
• Customer service experience preferred in retail settings.
• Physically able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and initiative; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products to ensure RED score excellence.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room including pallets and damaged/out-of-date product handling.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and maintains Fastlane merchandisers.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and programs.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activity and communicates impact to the business.
