Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage a defined customer base across Maryville, TN and surrounding areas. You will sell, order, and present products, while executing promotions and merchandising standards.

You will work on a daily route, coordinating with store personnel to drive revenue and maintain stock integrity. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer service experience, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with lifting

Formación

• Must have strong communication and written skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail or field sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• High initiative with a willingness to learn and develop.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and sells to an assigned group of customers on daily routes to ensure revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products to maintain Right Execution Daily scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display according to program guidelines.
• Maintains back room organization and stock by packaging size and flavor.
• Distributes point-of-sale materials and coordinates merchandising with vendors.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up and proactive activities.
