Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Memphis seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order and present products across assigned customers and routes. You will drive promotions, manage merchandise placement, and ensure accurate orders to support revenue and gross profit.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain store relationships, and execute safety guidelines while delivering strong customer service and on‑time merchandising.

Qualificações

• Must have effective communication skills which include listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Critical thinking skills
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred
• High initiative and willingness to learn
• Career-mindedness and a highly competitive nature

Responsabilidades

• Sell, order, and present products for an assigned customer group.
• Execute promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and plans.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by packaging and flavor, and manages pallets.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials at display and shelf where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operations.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups, pricing, and programs.
• Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities and works safely.
