Job summary

Matador Distributing LLC is seeking an Account Sales Manager in Texas to drive outside sales and manage an assigned route of accounts, increasing product sales and in-store branding. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays while adhering to safety and execution standards.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, meeting monthly KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow market share within beverage channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Clear background and drug test.
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
• Preferred prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage product inventory at assigned accounts.
• Deliver to correct addresses and maintain invoices.
• Identify and grow product needs to increase sales.
• Maintain clean and functional equipment at accounts.
• Engage in outside sales to increase sales and shelf space.
• Build professional relationships to boost sales and branding.
• Monitor competitor activity and report to management.
• Hit monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, and displays.
• Collaborate with RBNA sales teams on programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share best practices.
• Ensure delivery vehicle is serviced and compliant with laws.
