Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Customer service experience with a variety of clients is preferred.
Strong math and basic computer skills are required.
Demonstrated experience selling services or generating new business is a plus.
Excellent communication and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to clients.
Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
Adhere to all safety practices and perform other duties as required.
