Vestis® is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build solid relationships with customers and exceed sales growth goals. You will operate a step van, deliver products, review invoices, and develop new business while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Based in North America, the role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and strong customer service, math, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse client contact is required.
• Strong math and basic computer skills are needed.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van and provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload product according to policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to boost profitability.
• Develop leads, solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor feedback and handle issues promptly and politely.
• Adhere to safety practices and perform other duties as assigned.
