Job summary

PepsiCo in Mandan, ND is seeking a route driver to service local supermarkets along a PepsiCo route. You will deliver, check in orders, collect proof of delivery, unload goods, stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers.

You will build trusted relationships with store managers and support national and local initiatives. On-the-job and classroom training accompany competitive pay and benefits for a long-term career at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must bring brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to the community and stock shelves.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records with provided tools; training provided.
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

Location: 2517 34th St NW, Mandan, ND, 58554-1471

Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Schedule: Schedules will vary from week to week depending on coverage needed. 5 days scheduled with guaranteed 2 days scheduled off each week., 5:00 am - when work is completed for the day ranging from 8-10 hours per day

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care

• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
