Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route delivery driver in Minot, ND to service local stores on a daily schedule. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and verify orders, stock shelves, and maintain inventory while building strong store relationships.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Quick Look Pay: 64000 Annual Target Location: 3900 2nd St NE, Minot ND 58703-0516

Schedule: Schedules will vary from week to week depending on coverage needed. 5 days scheduled with guaranteed 2 days scheduled off each week. 5:00 am - when work is completed for the day ranging from 8-10 hours per day.
