Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to service local stores in Mishawaka, IN, delivering and checking in orders, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory for freshness. You will build relationships with store managers to drive sales and execute national and local initiatives.

The role includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and a schedule that may vary week to week with overnight shifts from 1am to 7am. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
