Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a full-time delivery driver in Willmar, MN. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, stock shelves, check in orders, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales. Training is provided, with a fast-paced environment and everyday lifting of product.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
